Patrick Zimmerman

Patrick Zimmerman is an accomplished operations executive with over 18 years of experience leading high-performing teams across healthcare IT, pharmaceutical, and technology services. As a co-founder of Medasource, a national consulting and staffing firm within the Eight Eleven Group, Patrick has played a pivotal role in scaling the organization from just two internal employees to over 250, while supporting more than 8,000 consultants and 200 clients. He currently serves as Vice President of Operations, where he oversees delivery strategy, organizational growth, and client engagement. Patrick brings a collaborative and strategic mindset, with deep expertise in recruitment, business development, and operational scalability. He is actively engaged in civic life, serving on several community boards and alumni associations. Outside of work, Patrick enjoys golf, travel, and cheering on his alma mater—the Indiana University basketball and football teams.
